  • Hot rides- many of the exhibitors will be offering passenger rides at the show. Your chance to be strapped in and taken for a taster lap or two by a professional racing driver at race speed. Some exhibitors will offer this service on a free of charge basis and others will charge. (prices vary)

    Please note the restrictions below.
  • Education zone – Looking for a career in motorsport? All your questions will be answered here, with many of the UK’s top colleges and universities represented.
  • Demonstrations - There will be a number of demonstrations over the weekend and included will be British Superkarts, RX off road buggies, historic race and rally cars as well as junior and senior 2 and 4 stroke kart classes.
  • Racecars and karts for sale – Very popular with drivers and the perfect place to buy or sell your car or kart to a motorsport audience. Last year we had over 30 cars for sale.
  • Kartboot sale – New for 2010, 2nd hand parts for all manner of karting, wheels, engines, classics, clothing etc...come on down and pick up a bargain!
  • ARDS One Stop Licence Zone – Want to apply for a race licence? You can do that and take your theory and practical on the day. (see sidebar for details)
  • Medicals – Dr Mark Green will be in residence and he and his team provide a full service from general medicals through to stress ECG testing. (see sidebar for booking)
  • 4X4 stages – Take your choice of these on arrival. Bookable through this site. (see sidebar)

Restrictions

The following restrictions apply:-

1: All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied whilst in the garages, pit areas, pit lane or pit wall.

2: Anyone under the age of 14 will not be able to participate in track activity, either as a driver or as a passenger.

Rulings for Driving On-Circuit activity:

  • DVLA full car road licence holders
    Must be a fully unrestricted (not provisional) valid driving licence issued by the DVLA (or the equivalent foreign licensing authority in the driver’s country of residence) with the appropriate category clearly indicated.
  • MSA National B (or higher) licence holders - 16 & 17 year olds
    The driver must use a vehicle that is relevant and of similar performance to their own race category .
    The driver can only drive on circuit on their own or with an ARDS Grade ‘A’ instructor.
    The driver cannot carry general passengers.
  • MSA National B (or higher) licence holders – 18 year old +
    The driver can participate under the same regulations as a full DVLA road licence holder.
  • MSA National ‘B’ junior licence holders (under 16)
    Junior drivers can only use vehicles from an MSA recognised junior class.
    The driver must have an ARDS Grade ‘A’ instructor with them at all times when on circuit.

Please note that participants under the age of 18 shall only be permitted to participate in Driving On-Circuit activity provided that such participant’s parents or legal guardian has signed and completed the relevant section of the registration form. (Available on site)
